A podcast where a guest and I talk about a specific restaurant per episode and try to figure out its history, its story, its standing in the community, and try and understand just what makes this restaurant so alluring — enough for it to have stuck around for decades on end. The guest will in some way be related to the featured restaurant — either the owner, founder, employee, or even a patron. Through the magic of conversation and memories, we will try and figure out just what makes the restaurant so special.
